Currently, almost all MLS's support the RETS standard (more than 95%). Most MLS's provide RETS access to agents under the same agreement used for IDX access, and most provide it at no cost to the agent. However, your MLS may charge if the RETS data is used on a public website or shared with anyone not a member of your MLS.
